Cloning, imitating, synthesising or reproducing his voice through artificial intelligence or any other technology is expressly forbidden without prior written consent. Any infringement will be considered a violation of personality rights and will be prosecuted.

  1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These general terms and conditions apply to both the provision of services and the sale of goods.

  1. The General Terms and Conditions are deemed accepted by the client upon completion of the order form or placing of an order.
  2. In the absence of full payment by the client within 14 calendar days (+ three working days if not by electronic means) after sending the first payment reminder, a fixed compensation is due by operation of law and without notice:
    • €20 if the amount due is less than or equal to €150;
    • €30 plus 10% of the amount due above €150;
    • €65 plus 5% of the amount due above €500, with a total cap of €2,000.
  3. In the absence of full payment within the above periods, the client owes by operation of law and without notice interest at the statutory rate for late payment in commercial transactions, pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2 of the Act of 2 August 2002.
  4. In case of dispute, only the competent courts of the relevant judicial district shall have jurisdiction.
  5. Complaints must be submitted by the client within 8 days of the invoice date.
  6. Until delivered goods and services are fully paid for, they remain the property of the provider. However, all risks associated with the sold goods and services pass to the buyer from the moment of delivery.
  7. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless the subscription is cancelled in writing at least one (1) month before the end of the term.
  8. If the client fails to meet its obligations, including payment obligations, we are entitled to suspend further deliveries and services and to consider the agreement dissolved by operation of law and without notice.
